Advice and technical guidance

Even before the design phase, we help you define the best technical solution for your needs. Thanks to a comprehensive analysis of volume, cycle rate, material and precision, our technicians will guide you towards the most suitable type of mold, namely a conventional or modular mold.
Our Managing Director, Loris BIASI, will also advise you personally on the choice of associated injection molding machines, to ensure perfect compatibility and optimal performance.

An in-house design office to design your parts

Our company has an in-house design office, enabling our technicians and engineers to work alongside you to model, design and validate your mold. Thanks to co-design, we work with you on technical choices, tolerances, cavity geometry and the specific tooling to be integrated.

Testing

Product trials are carried out at our partner’s premises or directly at our customers’ sites in order to verify that the mould complies with specifications and to ensure that it fully meets the project’s requirements.

Metrology

Finally, precise dimensional checks are carried out on the moulds and the first injection-moulded parts to verify that they comply with the design specifications and to ensure impeccable quality.

Set-up

We then carry out the set-up, a crucial stage in the process, which enables us to optimise performance, ensure consistent production results and extend the service life of the tooling.
